The walls feature artwork specifically designed for Eggs Up Grill that pays homage to its namesake, the Egg. Whether dining at the counter feeling the energy from the kitchen, at a table shared with neighbors and friends, outside on the patio or in a cozy booth, guests can choose seating options to suit the perfect occasion or mood. With seating for 103, plus an 18-seat outdoor patio, the 2,600 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. He is a Clemson graduate and will operate the new restaurant. Smith most recently served as the co-owner of three Henry’s Smokehouse Barbecue and Catering restaurants in Greenville, S.C. For the last 35 years, the franchising company has owned and operated 19 Wendy’s restaurants in South Carolina and Georgia. Turner is a Clemson native and is the co-owner of First Sun Management with his father. Smith and Turner are childhood friends and both have extensive backgrounds in the restaurant industry. “We’ve both dined at Eggs Up Grill many times and we were always impressed with the quality of food and consistently great service.” “We have dreamed of going into the restaurant business together for years,” said Smith. This is the first of five Eggs Up Grills for Franchise Partners Darby Smith and Jackson Turner. The restaurant, known for its great-tasting, freshly prepared meals, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, is located at 101 Canoy Lane, formally 4 Paw American Pub, in Tillman Village. Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept began serving the most important meal of the day at 6 a.m. ![]()
